About Me

Hi! I'm Morgan, a PhD student that loves to cook and bake in my free time. I am gluten and dairy intolerant, so finding great recipes for my favorite foods is often tricky and involves a trial-and-error process- which is why I'm starting this recipe blog!

I'm not a trained chef, so most of the recipes I'll be posting are based on published recipes that I've tweaked to work best for me. I'll always cite the original recipes in case you'd like to see where they come from. For me, "tweaking" a recipe usually involves changing the cooking methods and/or changing ingredients.

Along with sharing my tweaked recipes with you, this blog also acts as my personal online recipe book. So, if I've tried a published recipe that is already perfect and doesn't require any changes, I'll still post it here for everyone to benefit. Think of this blog as a careful curation of my favorite recipes- original or otherwise!
